Planning a destination wedding from another country means coordinating time zones, languages, currencies and vendors you have never met in person. The all-inclusive format removes that friction: one point of contact, one contract in your language, one closed price and a local team that executes while you make decisions from home with clear visual material.
Cancún is the most practical gateway to the Mexican Caribbean: its airport handles over 30 million passengers a year and offers direct connections to virtually every major North American city. For a destination wedding this translates into something very concrete — your guests arrive without layovers, the transfer to the venue takes under 40 minutes, and vendor, catering and floral logistics operate with the reliability of a city of one million residents.
December through April the weather is close to perfect: consistent sun, low humidity and cool evenings ideal for outdoor receptions. Sunsets over Nichupté Lagoon fall between 5:30 and 7:15 PM depending on the season — a key detail when scheduling your ceremony.

It isn't required. Many of our couples plan entirely remotely with video calls, moodboards and virtual walkthroughs. If you can visit, we coordinate a menu tasting and venue tour in the same trip.
We accept international wire transfers and card payments. The payment schedule is defined in the contract with clear dates, usually in three or four installments.
Most of our couples complete the civil paperwork in their home country and hold a symbolic ceremony here. If you prefer a legal marriage in Mexico, we guide you through the documentation and required timelines.
We recommend 10 to 14 months for high-season dates. For intimate weddings and elopements we can work with 4 to 6 months.
